Coble Modern Farmhouse

2,200 Sq Ft ∙ 4 Bed ∙ 2 Bath

Coble, Hickman County

Stairs in a closet, doors in the shelves.

A modern farmhouse in Coble, 2,200 square feet, four bedrooms, and the first home the team built turnkey from start to finish. White board and batten under a black roof, a screen porch across the front, a sunroom, and a full basement below. In the kitchen the counters are butcher block.

The house keeps a few things to itself. The staircase to the loft is inside a closet, so the way up isn’t obvious from the main floor. Two of the bookshelves swing open, and there are passages behind them. From the loft, a railing looks down over the room below.
