A barn now, a house later.

A 40-by-40 monitor barn in Primm Springs, set in the pines. For now it’s an office, a shop, and storage. Everything a house needs is already planned and in place, so it can be finished out as one later.

Poplar board and batten on the outside, a standard metal roof, and stamped concrete for the front patio. The big openings have sliding barn doors on the outside and glass doors behind them, so it can be shut like a barn or opened like a house.

Ryan Pros have done three projects for us over the last several years. Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. The crew is honest, hard working and very easy to work with. They renovated our front porch with massive oak beams that makes our modest log home really stand out. They also built a beautiful barn/house that turned out great. I highly recommend Paul and his crew.
