A modern farmhouse at the foot of a hill outside Centerville, looking across a hay pasture. It sits on a slab with deep overhangs, windows that run to the floor, and one open room for the kitchen, dining, and living.

The bedrooms are on their own side of the house, past the main room, so someone can turn in early while the rest of the house is still up, and the width of the living room is what keeps the two apart. The main room has high ceilings, pale floors and walls, and enough glass that it stays bright on a grey day. Out back there’s a screen porch and a patio.

Paul and his team at Ryan Pros did an amazing job with our new home build. They took care of everything from permitting to final inspection. The project was very well built and delivered on time and stress free. They handled the few change order curveballs we threw at them with no problem. Paul was always very responsive and helpful throughout the process.
